Total Body Yoga Workout with Tim Senesi (Video)

The great thing about Youtube is that there are so many free yoga classes online.  You can practice anywhere, anytime.

Yoga With Tim has a 30 Day Total Yoga Body Challenge that we’re loving right now. In Tim’s 30 day challenge he lays a solid foundation for the practice of yoga, gives instructions to help you feel correct alignment in the poses while still getting a great workout and introduces some deeper aspects of yoga with meditation and pranayama.  Tim’s practice helps by deepening the awareness with breath and movement and practicing mindfulness in the postures.

The whole practice is like a moving meditation that increases awareness and leaves you feeling calm, yet refreshed and energized at the end of the class. It’s no wonder that Yoga with Tim is one of the fastest growing new Yoga channels on Youtube.  We bet you’ll be hooked on Tim’s style after trying this video.

  1. Thank you Tim for this first class. As & author on natural health & yogi for much of my adult life, I am an explorer and am grateful to not only honor my practice in or out of the studio, and also continue to refine and understand how my body is responding; tight hips, balance, flexibility, breathwork etc..
I will add your classes to my home practices. Namaste 🙏🏼 Cynthia. http://www.cynthiaolsen.com
