Shine Bright Like a Diamond: Manifesting Health and Vibrancy
We all yearn for an existence where we are the healthiest, happiest, and most vibrant version of ourselves. We all long to manifest health and vibrancy in our personal lives.
Manifesting this vision begins with fostering an embodiment of wholeness from the moment we open our eyes until we drift off into a restful slumber.

The first rays of dawn mark the perfect time to start my routine with a warm glass of water that sat overnight in an Ayurvedic Copper Water Bottle.

After work, I always take my daughter for a grounding walk (usually to the beach, but hiking in the woods is also lovely when visiting my family on the east coast). This is the FASTEST free way to make your life better, and it just takes 15 min a day. We usually listen to a podcast, hypnotherapy meditation, or music.
As the sun sets and dusk settles in, my body begins to wind down.
